One cookware manufacturer that does form and function right is Le Creuset. They’ve got dream pieces in dreamy colors that last forever. Your best purchase will be the multi-use Dutch Oven.
Their beautiful, sturdy, functional cookware pieces are what you’d save for/splurge on when you finally get fed up with throwing away all those sets whose handles broke off after four months of use. You know, the sets purchased at Dollar General and Save-A-Lot because… well… budget versus the price of good cookware…why not, if it’s what’s affordable.
I’m at an age where I understand what “spend money now or spend money later” really means.
